We want you to love your saree. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and exchanges work at Vasthara Boutique.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Item must not be a customized/stitched or final-sale product (see exclusions).
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or stitched items (including petticoat/blouse stitching).
- Items marked “Final Sale” or bought under clearance.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
How to Request
Email vastharaboutique01@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and supporting photos (for damaged/incorrect items) within the return window. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please share an unboxing photo/video and clear images within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
Exchange
Subject to availability, eligible items can be exchanged for a different product. Any price difference will be collected or refunded accordingly.
Return Shipping
For damaged/incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be borne by the customer or deducted from the refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
