Products

Are your sarees pure silk?

Yes. Our Kanjivaram sarees are 100% pure handwoven silk with genuine gold-tone zari. As these are handcrafted, slight variations in weave and colour are natural.

Will the colour exactly match the photos?

We photograph our sarees as accurately as possible, but screen settings and the handwoven nature of silk can cause slight variation.

Does the saree come with a blouse?

Each saree includes an unstitched matching blouse piece. Blouse stitching can be requested as an add-on.

Orders & Customization

Can I get a petticoat or blouse stitched?

Yes. Select the petticoat and/or blouse-stitching option on the product page. Our team will contact you after your order to confirm measurements and charges. See Customization Charges.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel before dispatch by contacting us. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days and typically delivered within 3–10 business days across India. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets and COD (where available). Payments are secured via Razorpay. See our Payment Policy.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we never store your full card details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of approval and reflect within 5–7 business days thereafter.
