This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how order cancellations and refunds are handled at Vasthara Boutique. It should be read with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at vastharaboutique01@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return Policy.
  • Customized/stitched orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for: approved returns of eligible items, cancelled (pre-dispatch) orders, and damaged/defective/incorrect items that cannot be replaced.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method via the payment gateway. For COD orders, refunds are processed to a bank account/UPI you provide.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Deductions

Where applicable, return shipping charges or non-refundable fees (e.g., customization) may be deducted from the refund amount, and this will be communicated to you.

Non-Refundable

  • Customized/stitched items (unless damaged/defective).
  • Final-sale/clearance items.
  • Shipping charges for change-of-mind returns.
